Team Registration Process

Responsibility

When you register a team in the FVSL, you are considered the team’s Principal Operator and primary contact with full responsibility for your team.

Registering a team is a Three-Part Process:

1. First read this letter. It lays out fees and costs for registering a team, and other key information.


2. New to the FVSL? Click here to complete a Team Staff Application. You will have to log in as a New User, fill out the form and apply for a Criminal Record Check (CRC). Once FVSL is notified by the Ministry of Justice that your CRC application has been made, you will be given a temporary CRC date and can register your team.
   
   Returning coaches must also complete the Team Staff Application to renew their acceptance of the Code of Conduct and meet the requirement to obtain a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC), if not already done so.


3. Request the Team Registration code from Thomas Mills, which is required to access the Team Registration form. (Returning teams may already have been sent one.)
